Terms of Service

 1. Services Provided Golden Link Signatures Notary Solutions provides Remote Online Notarization (RON) and mobile notary services. By booking a service, you agree to be responsible for ensuring your documents are complete and that all signers have valid, government-issued photo identification.

2. Payment Terms To maintain a secure and efficient workflow, Golden Link Signatures Notary Solutions operates as a digital-only business. We accept payments exclusively via Credit Card and ACH (Bank Transfer) through our secure online portal. We do not accept physical checks, cash, or money orders. Payment is due at the time of service or upon receipt of an electronic invoice.

3. Scheduling & Availability Our standard operating hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Appointments outside of these hours are subject to availability and may incur additional convenience fees.

4. Remote Online Notarization (RON) In accordance with Colorado law, all RON sessions will be recorded and stored in our secure electronic journal. Signers must pass a dynamic Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and credential analysis to proceed with a remote signing.

5. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Fees for completed notarizations are non-refundable. If a signing cannot be completed due to a signer's lack of a valid ID or failure to pass the KBA, a travel or administrative fee may still apply.

6. Limitation of Liability A Notary Public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice. Our liability is limited to the cost of the notary service provided.
